Scraper arrangement – Rotating

The scraper system is open, so the liquid can pass through during the cleaning cycle. If the angled scrapers are used they push dirt particles into the sludge chamber.

Cleaning of the filter surface area is app. 8 times per minute or more.

Standard scraper material:

PEEK – Hard, wear resistant, has declaration of conformity FKM for hygienic filters.

Optional:

Bronze – Wear and chemical resistant.

Agitator for drain

Maintains the slurry of media and particles in a liquid and flowable state in the cone of the filter.

Reduces the risk of particle build-up in the drain cone (blocking) by mixing the media.

The Agitator is only available for the rotating versions og the Auto-line filter.

Note: a scraper axle with agitator is always equipped with a 4-armed scraper at the bottom for centering.
