AnsvarligHedensted is a network of private and public companies in the Hedensted Municipality that take social responsibility by integrating unemployed individuals from the fringes of the labor market and supporting the development of the future workforce.
The companies in the network view social responsibility as an integral part of their daily operations, financial performance, and ESG reporting. They actively engage in supporting individuals on the margins of the labor market, fostering the well-being of their employees, contributing to the local community, strengthening the future workforce, and promoting the green transition. At the same time, they act as ambassadors for social responsibility toward partners, employees, and other stakeholders.
HiFlux Filtration A/S has participated in a Climate-Ready advisory program to help strengthen our growth and competitiveness through CO2 calculation, climate strategy and climate communication.
This program has been instrumental in supporting the company’s environmental and sustainability strategy. In doing so, we have identified the areas where we have the highest Co2 emissions, as well as recommendations on how to move forward with reduction targets. Following internal meetings and workshops, we have now identified actions that contribute to CO2 reductions and will contribute to our targets under SBTi. This target was approved using a streamlined target validation route exclusive to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

HiFlux Filtration A/S commits to reduce scope 1 and scope 2 GHG emissions 50% by 2030 from a 2018 base year, and to measure and reduce its scope 3 emissions.
What did we gain from the Climate-Ready advisory course?
We have laid down the calculation principle for our CO2 contribution identifying areas and needed improvement.
