Machinery Directive

Our Auto-line filtration systems are compliant with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. The documentation will always include either a Declaration of conformity according to Annex II A or a declaration of incorporation according to Annex II B (depending on the final filter configuration). Both declarations ensure that our equipment has been designed, manufactured, and tested to meet the stringent safety and health standards set forth by the European Union for machinery.

The Machinery Directive aims to ensure a common safety level in machinery placed on the market or put into service within the European Economic Area (EEA). Compliance with 2006/42/ EC involves a comprehensive assessment of the equipment’s design and construction to guarantee that it poses no risk to the health and safety of operators and others during its intended use.
