Sales Engineer for The Netherlands with good technical understanding

To strengthen our sales of self-cleaning liquid filter solutions in the Benelux, we are looking for a second salesperson who can bring in new customers and develop existing ones in the process industry. You will be part of a smaller and highly professional sales team working in an independent informal culture with a high degree of freedom.

We have a committed and experienced team that places great emphasis on quality, determination, and loyalty. It is important for HiFlux to be staffed professionally throughout Europe with qualified and skilled employees and partners.

Job description:

  • After you have had the training in our factory in Denmark, you are familiar with the market, products and services of HiFlux.
  • You will then be responsible for achieving the sales targets via direct technical sales to selected potential new customers.
  • You build up your own customer portfolio.
  • From your conversations with customers, you discover their needs, propose solutions to optimize the customer production processes, make quotations that you can convert into orders.
  • Facilitate tests of self-cleaning filter solutions with the customers.
  • Participation in fairs.

Your profile:

  • Experience with sales, preferably in the process industry.
  • You are enterprising, result-oriented, and good at seeing opportunities.
  • Strong commercial drive and good technical understanding.
  • Ability to commit you at all levels of the customer.
  • You have good collaboration and communication skills.
  • You can show good results.
  • Independent, systematically persistent and goal oriented.
  • You have excellent Dutch and English language skills.
  • Your work behavior is flexible and energetic, and others perceive you as trustworthy and uncomplicated.
  • You live in The Netherlands and can work from home.
