Auto-line® self-cleaning automatic filter
The HiFlux Auto-line® filter is developed to be adapted to our customers’ needs and requirements and are available in various sizes for the coating and chemical industry.

The filter has been designed with special attention to ease of service and cleaning. Few moving parts ensure trouble-free operation and make the filter very reliable and easy to service. The filter is designed with smooth surfaces, ensuring easy cleaning between batches and reducing time-consuming manual work. For even better performance during cleaning the filter may be supplied with surfaces polished to Ra 0,8 µm.

Ringkolbenpumpen Serie FLO
Die Ringkolbenpumpe kann als eine von wenigen Verdrängerpumpen auch Luft ansaugen, da sie auch unbefüllt, also ohne Medium, arbeiten kann. Als weitere Besonderheit kann sie dies auch im ATEX Bereich tun. Dadurch kann sie das Produkt in leerem Zustand ansaugen und auch die Druckleitung leer drücken. Dazu sind keine weiteren Vorrichtungen nötig.
Der gesamte Inhalt der Druckleitung geht somit nicht durch den Spülvorgang oder den Molchvorgang verloren und kann komplett für Ihre weitere Produktion oder den Verkauf genutzt werden. Der sonst anfallende Produktverlust wird somit in einen Gewinn umgewandelt.
